**Organizational Overview**
Founded over 13 years ago, Kingdom Kare, Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization committed to transforming the lives of children, youth, and families. Headquartered in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, our work focuses on early childhood education, youth development, family support, and violence prevention. Kingdom Kare serves diverse populations, including military families, teen mothers, and underserved communities.

Our organization is recognized for delivering high-quality, relationship-based services that meet people where they are and guide them toward stability, self-sufficiency, and success.

**Key Programs and Services**

* **Early Childhood Education (Pre-K Program):** Free, high-quality preschool services for children ages 3–4, designed to foster school readiness and lifelong learning.
* **Family Support Center:** Provides teen mothers with free childcare, transportation, GED/high school diploma support, parenting education, and workforce readiness training.
* **DJS Credible Messenger Program:** A transformative mentorship and violence interruption initiative where trained community leaders serve as role models and advocates for system-involved youth.
* **VIPP (Violence Interruption and Prevention Program):** A county-funded program that engages at-risk individuals to reduce gun violence and provide alternatives to incarceration.
* **Mentoring Services:** Targeted one-on-one and group mentorship programs for youth, promoting personal growth, resilience, and community engagement.
* **Food Distribution Program:** A vital hunger relief effort that serves over 1,800 individuals weekly with fresh produce, pantry staples, and essential resources.
* **Workforce Development and Life Skills:** Includes resume support, job readiness training, and referrals to employment and certification opportunities.

With over 55 staff members and a dedicated volunteer base, Kingdom Kare continues to stand as a trusted partner to families, schools, government agencies, and faith-based organizations. Through our integrated programs, we empower individuals to unlock their potential and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
